Rooms feature comfortable beds and modern decor. The dining setup allows for cozy corners to enjoy meals with a fireplace ambiance, creating a more relaxed atmosphere away from the bar area.
The en suite bathroom in my Superior King Room had a sloping ceiling and a handheld shower over a bath, which didn’t suit my preference for a proper walk-in shower. The room's TV didn’t work since the remote batteries were flat, and there wasn’t a shower with consistent hot water. at times, I had to wait ages for it, which dampened my experience. I noticed that requesting a double bed didn’t guarantee a comfortable night, as my friends ended up with two singles pushed together, creating an awkward ridge in the middle.

The top-floor room was pleasantly airy and kept in line with the building's charm. Dining options were excellent, with a good selection of drinks and well-prepared food, including tasty curry. While the en-suite facilities could use some updating, the overall atmosphere and warm, friendly staff made for a delightful experience. A slight chill in the bar and restaurant at times was noted, but it hardly detracted from our enjoyment.

We loved our stay! The King Room was super cozy and stylish. Emma and Elliot were so friendly and welcoming. Dinner was a real treat, the ribeye steak was outta this world! Breakfast was just as amazing. Only thing was, parking got a bit tricky at times. a lovely experience!

Lovely pub vibes!
What a cozy little pub! The staff were super friendly and helpful, always smiling. Had dinner and breakfast, both were really delicious! Room felt a bit small, but it was clean and comfy. The bar area was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing. Would recommend it if you're in the area.

The room was comfy, decent size with good bedding. Shower worked well, clean too. It felt a bit dark though, and there was no bedside table. I noticed a piece of towel stuffed in the wall, which was kinda odd. Overall fine for a night, but some bits need attention.

Had a great time with friends at this charming inn! We explored two stunning local sites and enjoyed delicious meals. The staff were super friendly, and the locally sourced food was a highlight. Highly recommend the rib eye for dinner and bacon cob for breakfast!
One downside was that the mattress was quite soft, which left us with some backache in the morning. though, it didn't spoil our stay.

Antique pole ladder, charming period property, variety of evening meals
The bathroom facilities felt cramped and lacked space for essentials!!! In-room storage was insufficient for longer stays, making it difficult to organize luggage comfortably!!! Noise from the bar area disrupted the ambiance noticeably!!!

Charming, Cozy, Comforting
The cozy bar with a log fire instantly made me feel at home, creating a warm ambiance that's perfect for relaxing. My room was a dream with fluffy bedding and a spotlessly clean area where I could unwind.
